Hi Greg,
I have a Catherine Appleby born 11th Sept 1811 (I think in Spetchley, Worcester) to John Appleby and Mary Haines. SHe was the youngest of their ten children and died on 2nd May 1847 but I don't know where. Could this be who you are looking for?
