I have a James Richardson Appleby(abt 1808) born in somewhere called UPNOR,Kent(durham archives).Have a marriage for him to Mary Hind Ditchburn in Sunderland.I have a james hind appleby as his son born 1831.Who shows on the 1841 census as being in Thornley Hall(Tow Law,Durham) but not with his parents he was with mary's family.However the only other Appleby I can see in Kent at this time is a James Peacock Appleby,I believe his father was a Young Appleby Married to a Margaret?Wonder if there's some connection?Would be thankful for any info anyone has on this
